Availability & outages

Your store is online — but is it working?

Why even an HTTP 200 response does not confirm working navigation, visible images or error-free JavaScript.

HTTP 200 beside a concrete StoreVigil browser finding

A status code of 200 confirms that a server returned a document. It does not confirm that the navigation works, product images appear or JavaScript finishes correctly.

Why this happens

Modern stores assemble important parts of a page in the browser. A broken app script, missing resource or unexpected overlay can therefore leave the server response successful while the customer experience is damaged.

What StoreVigil can observe

StoreVigil combines availability checks with a real browser view of selected pages. Findings remain tied to the concrete page and observed context instead of being hidden behind one generic score.

What merchants can do

Merchants can first verify availability, then inspect the marked finding, ask a theme or agency team to correct it and use a recheck to confirm the result.
